Polymer Processing Machinery UK Ltd, The company was founded in January 1989. The main aim was to represent manufacturers of rubber processing machinery and supply companies located in the United Kingdom and Ireland and to offer a complete range of equipment that is manufactured to a very high standard. Equipment alone was not considered to be the only aim and we decided at a very early stage to offer a complete back up service to the machinery supplied. This includes service and a total spare parts availability, many items of which are held on stock in the UK. Our range of equipment covers the complete spectrum of rubber processing machines and includes mill room (mixing, mixer feeders, mills, mill feeders, batch off, strip cooling and handling, automatic handling of cut sheet and continuous sheet, bale cutting and more), extrusion (cold feed, hot feed, silicone, gear pump straining and precise gear pump extrusion), moulding (presses of all description including one off custom made machines for particular applications), post curing (microwave, high velocity hot air and infrared together with all downstream equipment such as cooling baths, automatic length cutting and take off conveyors), cryogenic deflashing machines (belt and basket models are available complete with automatic vibratory separation of flash and media together with media supply suitable for use in all types of cryogenic deflashing equipment), all models are computer controlled with multi programme settings and various additional equipment which makes the use and maintenance of the machinery very user friendly. Hose reinforcement equipment for car radiator hose and garden hose (within the plastic industry). These machines are offered in both vertical and horizontal design, can be single or multi deck and can knit, spiral wrap or do both on one machine. Hose size conversion kits overcome the expense of additional heads for different hose sizes. We also deal in used machinery and have a large number of machines that we are able to offer. These machines are generally in a very good state of repair although may need some attention in order to correct minor defects. However, all known defects will be advised prior to any sale and the opportunity to rectify any known defects will be available together with cleaning and / or painting to the colour of choice. Hopefully this brief introduction has supplied the flavour of things to come and we invite you to explore the various websites of our principals from the links provided. In the event that you are unable to locate what you are looking for then please visit the contacts page and send us your enquiry by email. We will be pleased to try and assist. |
